Anyone visiting this site will know that JP McNamara took a serious fall at Bangor last April. They will know how JP has bucked the trend by getting himself back on his feet in record time . . . . what they won’t know, is how grateful JP is for everything that everyone has done for him since.

The racing industry went into fundraising overdrive during the summer. So many people organised events on many scales and donations were made by many people. JP wants to thank everybody who did anything on any level – he says : “Everybody has been fantastic but the list of people who gave their time and money is endless. I don’t want to offend anyone by leaving them out so I want to thank everyone.”
JP has been driving himself around since mid-November and his days now consist of attending the Royal Bucks Hospital for Physio in the mornings before heading to Banbury for a computer course in the afternoons. If you would like to get in touch with JP, click here to email him.
The main events that contributed to the JP McNamara Fund were the golf day at Belmont - Phil Taylor organised this event which raised in excess of £50,000. Paul Nicholls also achieved a staggering sum at his Championship Party. Charlie Mann's Golf Day took £25,000, the Newbury Dinner Dance matched that. There were many more events that raised substantial figures but the list is endless.
